We know which parts are the most reliable, provide top performance, are durable yet cost-effective. We know this because we are a computer repair company - we are often replacing the less durable, inferior computer parts… Your new machine will be hand assembled and designed for best performance.

How to request a Custom Built Computers quote

We need to know you're serious about a custom built PC, before we spend 1-2 hours designing a PC for your needs. So after an initial conversation to discuss your outline requirements and budget, we will book you a 1 hour slot to discuss with you more in depth and hopefully thrash out a specification that you are happy with.
We charge £69 for this to cover our time, but if you go ahead with the build, we will deduct it from the overall cost.

Once we've agreed on a specification for your perfect custom PC, we will provide you with a printed quote for your consideration. Due to the volatile market for PC components and ever changing prices, quotes are valid for 3 days before we would need to requote on a build.
Once you confirm in writing that you wish to place the order, we will raise an invoice for the full amount (less the consultation fee), which must be settled via bank transfer prior to us ordering the equipment from our supplier.

Under normal circumstances, your PC will be ordered, built, installed and tested and ready for collection between 5-7 days from us receiving payment into our bank.
We will keep you up to date as to the progress of your build at every key stage.

Once you've had chance to setup your new PC and use it in earnest, we're always keen to hear from you to see how happy you are with the specification. And rest assured that if you have any problems, then we will be more than eager to resolve them ASAP.
We include 1 year labour warranty and 1 years hardware (Upgradeable to 3 years) on all builds built and maintained by us!
